What every estimate includes
- Removal of the old floor or carpet, and haul-away.
- A check of the subfloor. If it needs repair, you get a separate written price before anything starts.
- Baseboards taken off and reinstalled after the new floor is in.
- Cleanup when the installers leave.
- A written estimate the same day we visit, valid for 30 days.
- A one-year workmanship warranty from the day the floor is finished.
What we don't do
We focus on flooring installation and replacement in homes: single-family houses, townhouses, condos and rental properties. We don't move furniture or appliances (you clear the room before we arrive), and we're not taking on new-construction builder work right now.
