What happens after you send this

Four steps, one contact. The person who does your estimate is the same person who walks the finished floor with you at the end.

  1. 1We call you to set up a visit, Monday to Friday, at a time that works for you.
  2. 2Your estimator comes to your home, measures the rooms and checks the subfloor. You get a written estimate the same day, good for 30 days.
  3. 3Samples come to your home so you can pick the floor in your own light. Once you approve, a 50% deposit covers the materials and we order.
  4. 4Install runs 1 to 3 days on site. The same person who did your estimate walks the finished floor with you, hands over care instructions and follows up by phone.

What to have ready

Nothing you don't already know. Which rooms, a rough square footage if you have it, and whether you're leaning toward one type of floor. Photos aren't needed; we see the room at the visit. Put any of it in the message box and we'll have it before we call.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. The visit, the measure and the written estimate cost nothing, and there's no obligation to go ahead.

How soon can you come out?

Visits are by appointment, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We'll offer the earliest slot that works for you.

Do I need to be home?

Yes, for the measure. Your estimator walks the rooms with you and answers your questions on the spot.

Will you pressure me to decide?
