Who you'll work with
HERE. Flooring is owned and run by Paul Bas. The person who does your estimate is the person you work with the whole way through: they take your first call, come to your home to measure and write the estimate, and bring the samples so you can pick in your own light. They're on site when the job starts and again when it ends, walk the finished floor with you, and make the follow-up call. One contact, one phone number, no handoffs.
How the work gets done
Installation is performed by experienced, qualified flooring professionals, in crews of 1 to 3 depending on the job. We plan the work, check it and stand behind it with a one-year workmanship warranty from the day the floor is finished. Materials are covered separately under the manufacturer's warranty. HERE. Flooring is licensed, bonded and insured.
Every estimate includes taking out the old floor and hauling it away, a check of the subfloor (any repairs are priced before work starts), baseboards off and back on, and cleanup when the installers leave. Most jobs take 1 to 3 days on site and 1 to 2 weeks from first call to finished floor. See what we install.
